What is PMPaket?

Implementation is always based upon the project which has several basic milestones. An essential starting point for each PM implementation project is so called GAP analysis according to internationally recognized standard (PRINCE2, PMBOK, ISO 10006 etc.). The aim of the GAP analysis is the evaluation of the project management status and project management system within the organization.
